VENDOR FAQ

Before you apply.

How do I apply?

Review the qualifications, prepare the listed documents and use the introduction builder. It prepares an email draft; you must review and send it from your email app.

What paperwork is required?

Prepare a completed W-9, COI with NR Property Services LLC as additional insured and certificate holder, applicable licenses or competency certificates, and an onboarding agreement. A background check may be required for occupied homes. Ask the team how to provide sensitive documents.

Do I need a license?

An active trade license is required wherever the work or jurisdiction requires it. Describe your trade and license status in the introduction. The team will confirm what applies to the proposed work.

How long does onboarding take?

Timing depends on document completeness, verification and the requirements of the assignment. NRPS will confirm the next steps; no fixed activation time is promised.

Does an application guarantee assignments or payment terms?

No. An application is an introduction only. Available work, scope, onboarding approval and commercial terms must be confirmed separately before an assignment begins.
