Information, not a work authorization
Website descriptions, collateral and application checklists are informational. They are not a quote, service contract, independent contractor agreement, authorization to begin work or guarantee of availability. Scope, schedules, pricing, onboarding requirements and other terms must be confirmed directly with NRPS.
Coverage and credentials
Market-city and county listings are drawn from company materials and the approved county list. A highlighted state does not mean every property in that state is served. Market listings and state references are not additional office addresses. Confirm the property and work requirements with the team.
Draft builders and urgent requests
Forms prepare email drafts only; they do not send automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and sending your message. For urgent securing needs, call the emergency line at (917) 268-2477 rather than relying on a website inquiry.
Downloads and links
The vendor packet is an applicant checklist, not a legal agreement. External platforms operate independently and have their own terms. Do not misuse the forms or submit another person’s confidential information.
